FOUNDER

Born in Lebanon (1969), Labib is a founder and managing partner of Harfouche & Saad Law firm.
He is the Chair of its national practice
He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
He heads the litigation, banking and corporation practices of the Firm.
With more than 30 years of experience representing several banks, companies and international clients, he has represented Lebanese and foreign clients in complex cases.
Labib has considerable experience advising local, regional, and international clients on acquisitions and disposals of real estate property, private and commercial lease agreements and property management.

FOUNDER

Born in Lebanon (1980), Chady is a founder and managing partner of Harfouche & Saad Law firm.
He serves as the Chair of the firm’s International Practice.
Currently, he is the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Université La Sagesse.
He is a member of both the Paris and Beirut bar associations.
As an arbitrator, he is affiliated with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the Football Tribunal of FIFA, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and the Lebanese Arbitration and Mediation Center.
He holds a Ph.D. a from Paris Saclay University
He is also a part-time lecturer at Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris 1, and the author of a thesis titled The Role of Lawyers in the Development of Mediation in Lebanon at Université Paris-Saclay.
Recently, he has led the Sports Arbitration Center in Lebanon, chaired the Appeals and Objections Commission of the Lebanese Basketball Federation, and served on the Appeals Commission of the Lebanese Football Federation.
He has over a decade of experience in international arbitration and litigation, with expertise in international commercial arbitration, mediation, and sports law.

Elia is a senior partner of Harfouche & Saad Law firm.
He is the Chair of litigation practice.
He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2009, Elia worked with reputable law firms in Lebanon.
He holds a Diploma in Public Law from Beirut Arab University.
He has more than a decade of experience in Banking Laws, Civil, Penal, Personal Status, Real Estate, contracts, and arbitration (Arbitrator at the Center of Sports Arbitration in Lebanon)
He handles civil and commercial lawsuits across industries before all court levels.

Maroun is a senior partner of Harfouche & Saad Law firm.
He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
He holds a Master's Degree in Private Law.
He is a PhD student working on the subject of " Mediation and its Relation with Diplomacy".
Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, Maroun worked with reputable law firms in Lebanon.
He handles civil and commercial lawsuits across industries before all court levels.
He Represented Lebanon in several Arab and International Conferences.
He is an Arbitrator at the Center of Sports Arbitration in Lebanon, Legal consultant at the Lebanese Olympic Committee, and a member at the Elections Committee of the Lebanese Football Federation

Edgard is a Lawyer in Training at Harfouche & Saad Law firm.
He is a member of the Tripoli Bar Association.
He works within the Corporate Law, Banking and Litigation practice groups.
He is participating in the drafting and review of various legal documents, related to civil, penal and administrative lawsuits, as well as commercial agreements.
He assists and advises clients on commercial matters.

Jana is a lawyer in training at Harfouche & Saad Law firm.
She holds a Master's Degree in Business Law from the Lebanese University.
She works within the Corporate Law, Banking, and Dispute Resolution practice group.
