With offices in the Middle East (Beirut, Lebanon), in Europe (Paris, France), and in partnership with Moarbes LLP in America (Washington DC) we are able to perform our duties and represent companies before Lebanese, Middle Eastern, European and American courts.

Working on representing our clients, we are able to provide legal services on a variety of transnational issues, including corporate, real estate, sports, residency and investment. We also represent investors in structuring and securing financing.

And for the prevention and resolution of conflicts, Harfouche and Saad Law Firm provides mediation through a team of mediators or counsels in mediations helping their clients to reach with the other parties a common ground to resolve their disputes.
