During the literary festival, Dr SAAD was honored to participate in a roundtable discussion at the 7th city hall in Paris on the topic of mediation. The President of the Association of European Mediators, Maitre Angela Albert, discussed the subject of judicial mediation and Professor Michele Guillaume-Hofnung gave a general overview of the topic.
Dr SAAD shared my perspective on the importance and potential of mediation in sports conflicts and the sports world. He focused my presentation on two main points: His experience as a lawyer, arbitrator, and mediator specializing in sports law, and a real-life case to show how mediation is a valuable and innovative option in the sports industry. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas and perspectives on the topic with leading experts in the field.
